Data Retention
We retain your data according to the following policies:
- Pet Photos: Retained for 12 months after last use in a generation, then automatically deleted
- Generated Images (active users): Retained indefinitely while your account is active
- Generated Images (inactive users): Deleted 6 months after last login, with 30-day advance notice
- Account Deletion: All data permanently deleted 30 days after deletion request
You can export all your data at any time from your account settings before deletion.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect your personal information. Your pet photos and generated images are stored securely on encrypted cloud storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
