By accessing or using Boop Labs ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Use License
Permission is granted to use Boop Labs for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:
- You must have a valid account
- You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- You may not interfere with or disrupt the Service
- You may not use automated systems to access the Service without permission
User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Credits and Billing
Boop Labs operates on a credit-based system:
- Credits are purchased in advance and never expire
- Each AI-generated image costs credits based on resolution
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- New users receive one free generation to try the service
Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all pet photos you upload to Boop Labs. By uploading content, you grant us a license to:
- Store and process your photos to generate AI images
- Display your generated images in your gallery
- Create thumbnails for preview purposes
Generated AI images are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photos you provide.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Upload photos you don't have rights to use
- Generate inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Spam or harass other users
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the AI models
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. AI generation times may vary based on demand. We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service unavailability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boop Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We may delete your account, photos, and generated images
- Unused credits will not be refunded
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
